6-19-2022 “WHAT IS TRUTH?” John 18:38

This week Bro. Leo starts us on a new study series concerning the current condition of our Nation and the direction we are headed in, starting with the Biblical definition of “truth” and why it’s considered antagonistic in both our political theatre and education systems.

The Bible is very specific that the truth of God and Gods’ truth is the only absolute truth (Gen.1:1-5, 26-27, 31, Gen.2:1, Exo.19:16-20, Exo.20:1-3, 12-17, Duet.6:4-5, Isa.45:5-8, Isa.42:8, John 1:1-3, 14, 18, Acts 4:10, 12). God is the sole source of absolute truth and His truth never changes, is never relative, arbitrary or fluid.

Contrary to Gods’ absolute truth, mans’ truth is arbitrary, relative and fluid (Jer.17:9-10, Rom.3:4). We have the free will to choose to believe Gods’ absolute truth or reject it (John 8:43-45).

Gods’ absolute truth is and has been being attacked in our Nation by all those wanting to usher in the New World Order, knowing the only way to do that is by destroying the Nation from the inside via the education and political systems removing Gods’ truth by replacing it with lies from Satan (Rom.1:18, 28, 32, 19-20, Rom.2:14-15, 20, 25, 1Tim.4:1-2, Rom.1:21, 25, 2Tim.3:7). This all being done in order to strip us of our freedoms and liberty’s enslaving us to the NWO (John 8:31-32, 36).

6-12-2022 “SHINING LIGHT: CELEBRATING THE LIFE OF JOYCE GREUTER” Ephesians 3:17-19

This week Bro. Leo leads us in celebrating the life of my wife, Joyce Greuter, who went home to be with Jesus Friday June 3rd. I titled this recording “Shinning Light” because Joyce’s highest priority was sharing the love of Jesus Christ with all her family and friends in hopes that they too would accept His unconditional love and salvation. Please take a few minutes and listen to this celebration of life and feel the love that Joyce had for Jesus and all her family and friends and that Jesus has for you.

Scriptures used in today’s celebration:

Eph 3:17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
Eph 3:18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
Eph 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Php 3:12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
Php 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
Php 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Rev 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

5-22-2022 “THE SIMPLICITY OF CHRIST!” part3, 2 Corinthians 11:3

This week Bro. Leo continues us in a study of the simplicity of Christ with a look at what God’s word says is the easiest way for Satan to subtly draw us away from the simplicity of Christ.

Last week we learned in 2 Cor. 11 Paul is pointing out the errors happening in the Church of Corinth, mainly they were turning into a Faith+ Church just like so many are in our world today. If we adhere to the greatest commandment, our top priority will always be on our personal relationship with Jesus (Matt.22:37, Rev.2:2-5, Matt.7:22, Eph. 5:22-28, 32, Exo.20:2-5). Jesus presents Himself as Solitary and Unique (John 14:6). On Pentecost Jesus was still focused wholly on (Acts 4:10-12). Everything we do needs to be centered on Jesus (1Cor.3:11-13, John 3:30, John 12:32, Matt.11:28). With our personal relationship with Jesus as our priority, everything we do or experience will be centered on Jesus (Col.1:17-18, Eph.3:21, Psa.50:14-15).

The easiest way for Satan to move us away from Christ is to move our focus from Christ to ourselves. His Holy Spirit will not help us as long as our focus is on ourselves and not on Him (Matt.11:28-30, John 3:30-31, Rom.13:14, Psa.1:2-4).

Bro. Leo does an excellent job laying this study out in this audio file, please take time to listen.

Scriptures used in today’s study:

2Co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
2Co 11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

Mat 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Mat 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Mat 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Joh 3:30 He must increase, but I must decrease.
Joh 3:31 He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.

Rom 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

Psa 92:12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

Psa 119:165 Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.

Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

2Co 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Psa 62:1 To the chief Musician, to Jeduthun, A Psalm of David. Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.
Psa 62:2 He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.
Psa 62:3 How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence.
Psa 62:4 They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.
Psa 62:5 My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.

Psa 62:8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

Php 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

5-15-2022 “THE SIMPLICITY OF CHRIST!” part2, 2 Corinthians 11:3

This week Bro. Leo continues us in a study of the simplicity of Christ.

There are many things that can draw us away from the simplicity of Christ, such as relationships with family members, co-workers, friends and faith + religion (2Cor.11:3-4, 1Cor.3:11). But, if we put our personal relationship with Jesus as our priority He will guide us (Matt.11:28, John 6:63-64, 66-68).

The simplicity of Christ: Psa 62:5 My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.
Psa 62:6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
Psa 62:7 In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
Psa 62:8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us.

Scriptures used in today’s study:

2Co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Eph 5:30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
Eph 5:32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Col 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

5-8-2022 “THE SIMPLICITY OF CHRIST!” 2 Corinthians 11:3

This week Bro. Leo leads us in a study of the simplicity of Christ.

In 2 Cor.

Scriptures used in today’s study:

2Co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Mat 22:34 But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together.
Mat 22:35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,
Mat 22:36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
Mat 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

Rev 2:2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
Rev 2:3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
Rev 2:4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
Rev 2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Eph 5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
Eph 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
Eph 5:24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Eph 5:28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
Eph 5:32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Exo 20:2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Exo 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
Exo 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

2Co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Act 4:10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
Act 4:11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

1Co 3:11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
1Co 3:12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
1Co 3:13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.

Joh 3:30 He must increase, but I must decrease.

Joh 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

Mat 11:28 Come unto me…………

5-1-2022 “ADOPTION!” Romans 8:15-17

This week Bro. Leo is out of town, so David Sisk fills in for him and does a great job explaining the Biblical definition of believers adopted as children of God as well as sharing his own experience as an adopted child himself.

David brings to light five points of benefits that all born again believers receive the day they are saved, 1) justification (Rom.5:1). 2) reconciliation (Rom.5:10). 3) redemption (Eph.1:7, 2Cor.5:17-19). 4) propitiation for our sins (2Cor.5:20). 5) adoption (Gal.4:4-9, Rom.8:15-17).

Notice in 1Pet.1:3-5 and Eph.2:8-9 our adoption is permanent and can not be lost because it is a gift from God, not something that we worked for or are working for.

Scriptures used in today’s study:

Rom 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Rom 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Eph 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

1Jn 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

2Co 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
2Co 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
2Co 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
2Co 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.

Gal 4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
Gal 4:5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
Gal 4:6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
Gal 4:7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
Gal 4:8 Howbeit then, when ye knew not God, ye did service unto them which by nature are no gods.
Gal 4:9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

Rom 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Rom 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
Rom 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Eph 1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

Mat 7:9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

1Pe 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
1Pe 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
1Pe 1:5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Eph 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

4-24-2022 “BECAUSE HE ROSE FROM THE DEAD!” part2 Romans 8:11

This week Bro. Leo continues us in a study of God’s saving and sustainable grace by answering the question “what does the Resurrection of Jesus Christ mean?”

Last week we studied these three Biblical significances of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
1) Jesus was proven to be the Son of God by the resurrection (Rom.1:1-4, Luke 22:66-71, Acts 17:30-31). The resurrection of Jesus separates Christianity from all other religions. Christianity is the only religion that worships the one true God who sacrificed Himself for us, all other religions worship a god who requires them to sacrifice for their god.

2) The resurrection reveals to us what Jesus accomplished on the Cross. The sacrifice of Jesus is proven sufficient and accepted by God to pay for “all” the sins of mankind (Heb.10:12, 10-11, 17-18, 1Cor.15: 20, 12, 14, 17).

3) The Resurrection of Jesus guarantees us that His Holy spirit and the Power of His Holy Spirit dwells in every believer and will not only raise us from the dead, but will also empower the believer in our daily lives (Rom.8:11, Eph.1:19).

This week we study how our daily lives should be changed from the day of our salvation forward. With the understanding that we are indwelt with His Holy Spirit, we should live day to day knowing that the power to not only overcome our greatest enemy, death, but also anything lesser that we are confronted with (Eph.1:18-21, Eph.3:20). This means that we have the power within us to resist the strongholds of sin (Rom.6:4-6, 10, 13).

Being indwelt with His Holy Spirit allows our minds to be set upon God and His purpose for us (Col.3:1-4). The indwelling of His Holy Spirit separates the born again believer from the religious folks (2Tim.3:1-2, 5).

Scriptures used in today’s study:

Rom 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Eph 1:16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
Eph 1:18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
Eph 1:19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
Eph 1:20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
Eph 1:21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

Eph 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

Rom 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Rom 6:5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
Rom 6:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
Rom 6:10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
Rom 6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

Col 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
Col 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
Col 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
Col 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

2Ti 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2Ti 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

1Co 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
1Co 15:25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
1Co 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

Rev 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Heb 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
Heb 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
Heb 2:15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

Joh 11:23 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.
Joh 11:24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
Joh 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
Joh 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

4-17-2022 “BECAUSE HE ROSE FROM THE DEAD!” Matthew 28:1-7

This week Bro. Leo continues us in a study of God’s saving and sustainable grace by answering the question “what does the Resurrection of Jesus Christ mean?” Bro. Leo brings out three points of the implications of the resurrection. Believing the historical facts of the resurrection of Jesus is the first step of the Christian faith (Matt.28:1-7).

In Rom.4:24-25 the word “believe” is translated from the Greek word “pistis” has three levels of meaning, 1) intellectual belief- believing the historical facts about Jesus and His resurrection, 2) believe in, we believe Jesus payed for our sins on the cross, 3) commitment, we believe to the point of committing ourselves to the will/convictions/guidance of His Holy Spirit in every decision we make in our daily lives by seeking the guidance and direction of His Holy Spirit.

1Co 15:12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?
1Co 15:14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
