
This week David Sisk fills in for Bro. Leo. David does a great job of covering the Biblical principles of our eternally secure salvation in this study. The title of this weeks study is the definition of the Greek word “sphragizō” found in Eph.1:13 and translated as “sealed”.
David starts this study by looking at how the Bible says God establishes our salvation (John 14:2-6, Rom.10:13-17, 1Cor,15:1-4).
Next we look at the security of our salvation (2Cor.1:20-22, 2Tim.2:19, Eph.4:30).
The difference between the indwelling of the Holy Spirit during the Old Covenant and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in the new covenant (Psa.51:10-11, 1Sam.16:13-15, Judges 16:19-20).
