8-9-2015 “YOUR HOLY OF HOLIES!” 1Cor. 6:19
In today’s message Bro. Leo continues his teaching on God dwelling within each spiritually born again Christian. To be able to understand that our body is the temple we have to look at what exactly the temple was in the Old Testament. 1) God dwelled in the OT Temple 2) God would meet with His people in the OT Temple 3) God would speak to His people in the Temple. Now that our bodies are the Temple, we can and should expect 1) God’s Holy Spirit to dwell in us 2) God will meet with us anytime we desire 3) God will speak to us. The beginning of and the earnest of our salvation is the day God’s Holy Spirit comes to dwell with our spirit.

When we as Christians pray, what is our expectations? Do we simply expect God to hear our prayers or do we expect to hear God talk with us spirit to spirit?
In today’s message Bro. Leo teaches what most of Religion neglects to teach, which is the indwelling of His Holy Spirit in every true Christian and our ability to converse with Him there. Every spiritually born again Christian has the ability within to converse with God and be instructed by God in all matters.
If you are not sure if God’s Spirit dwells in you or if you have never experienced conversing with God one on one, please listen to this message and study these scriptures.

7-26-2015 “I AM HERE!” Ex. 25:8-9, 21-22
In today’s message Bro. Leo explains the availability, importance of and how to obtain the super natural experience of the presence of God. From genesis to Revelations the theme is God being with His children. In order to experience the presence of the Lord, we must make a place for Him in our life. We need to get alone and grab hold of Him and not let go until we experience His presence with us. Our prayer life should be a super natural experience where we speak to God and He speaks to us (pray in the spirit, be filled with the spirit). The day of our salvation should not be the only time His spirit fills our heart, we can have that filling every day if we seek it.

7-12-2015 “BE THANKFUL FOR EVERYTHING! REALLY? HOW? 1Thess. 5:18
In today’s message Bro. Leo explains how a Christian can and should be thankful in every situation they encounter. Instead of throwing a pity party over our circumstances we should be thankful for how God will use them to grow us and those around us spiritually.
One example that comes to my mind is in the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s decision on Sodomite marriage. I’m starting to see how God is using this storm to strengthen Christians and give them a boldness that we have been lacking for quite some time. So, even though the Justice’s have steered our country in the wrong direction God is using them to build up and strengthen His people, if we allow Him to.
Because of the free will God gives us we can either give up and throw a pity party or we can allow God to use the storm to strengthen us and grow us spiritually. In this life we are blessed by growing in dependence on Jesus, so always be thankful for the results of the storms.

7-5-2015 “THE MOTE AND THE BEAM : BOTH ARE SINS!” Matt. 7:1-5
If you have been taking a stand for God and His truth’s concerning Sodomite marriage, then like myself, you have been told several times the last couple of weeks that Jesus told Christians not to judge. In today’s message Bro. Leo explains through the scriptures why that statement is incorrect and how God instructs Christian’s to in fact judge sin as sin. The opposition loves to quote Matt. 7:1 and totally ignore the next four verses, which explain that Christian’s are not to judge sin in our own lives with any less significance than the sin we find in others lives. God clearly teaches through the scriptures that Christian’s are to judge, sin as sin, out of love for others and the desire that others will seek God’s forgiveness and be nade whole again through His Son Jesus Christ.
Scriptures used in today’s message:
Mat 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Mat 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Mat 7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Mat 7:5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.
Lev 18:4 Ye shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances, to walk therein: I am the LORD your God.
Lev 18:5 Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am the LORD.
Lev 18:20 Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour’s wife, to defile thyself with her.
Lev 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
Lev 18:23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.
Rom 2:21 Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?
Rom 2:22 Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?
Rom 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

6-28-2015 “TO BE PRESENT WITH THE LORD” 2Cor. 5:8
In today’s message Bro. Leo teaches, what God ensures through His written word, happens to a true born again believer when their physical life ends in this world. God does not want believers to fear death or have uncertainty about what will happen when we die, so He very clearly instructs us in His written word of the events that take place as well as where we go when we pass from this life. God even gives us an eye witness description of heaven to help assure us. I praise Jesus for His assurance of where my believing loved ones are now and where I will be some day!

6-14-2015 “DEFINITE, SPECIFIC FAITH!” Mark 4:40
In today’s message Bro. Leo continues our study of faith by explaining two aspects of faith, 1) Belief in God’s ability or power to calm the storm we find ourselves in 2) Trusting that God desires to be involved in the storm we find ourselves in.
We must believe that He is God and that He rewards those who seek Him. While we are in the storm (specific situation) we need to be specific in what we ask God to do for us and then we need to be confident in Him and expect that He will take care of our specific need.

6-7-2015 “FAITH : THE ANSWER TO OUR STORM” Mark 4:35-41
In today’s message Bro. Leo asks the question “on a scale of 1-10 what level is your faith?”. The statement “Christ allows storms to come into my life so He can see how much faith I have” is a false statement. Jesus already knows how much faith we have before He allows the storm. His purpose for the storm is to reveal to us our weaknesses and to strengthen our faith. Not all storms that we encounter are sent to us from God, some we bring upon ourselves by not following His commandments. Either way we are to handle them in the same manner by allowing them to show us our weaknesses and strengthen our faith that Jesus can and will calm them. Storms bring desperation and distress to our lives which in turn teach us new ways to grab hold of God’s power.
During the many storms in our lives as Christians we shouldn’t throw a pity party, we should grab hold of Jesus with the mindset that He will calm the storm and strengthen our faith through it.
