9-4-2016 “THE POWER and WONDER OF ANSWERED PRAYER!” part 3, John 14:13-14

This week Bro. Leo continues our study of faith with a look at part 3 of the faith that expects God to answer prayer.

Listen to this weeks message and gain the Scriptural discernment needed to answer the following questions:

Is my prayer just a “religious ritual” or am I actually communicating with God?

Are my prayers perfectly aligned with God’s will or are they requests of my own will?

Is the ultimate goal of my prayers to glorify God or is my goal selfish gain?

Do I pray with absolute confidence that God will answer my prayer?

Why doesn’t God answer all my prayers?

Do I pray often enough?

Scriptures used in today’s message:

Mat 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Num 6:24 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
Num 6:25 The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
Num 6:26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

1Ch 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
